Elaide Mircea's Images and Symbols - BeeJay Chapman

In Elaide's section entitles "Symbolism of the 'Centre'" she writes about the psychology and history of religions. She points out that, in a Layman's eyes, religious historians must surely take mythology into account, since that was the courerstone for religion in ancient Greece, ROme and Egypt. For this reason, Laymen ore under the opinion that a religious historian is somewhat corrupt. In fact, historians are too immersed in their historical duties to know very much about mythology, let alone to accuracy. This just outlines two different viewpoints and their misunderstandings.
