I attended the drum circle and have to say I had a great time and maybe even a spiritual experience. When we started I was cold and uncomfortable but once we started playing, we all connected and I got lost in the music. I was sitting there thinking where does this music come from? It comes from within or maybe like I said in another post it is an Echo of the Great Song. As we were playing I felt at points that I was driving the circle, and I reveled in feeling it respond to my direction. When we changed instruments I felt lost and didn’t know how to play it but once I figured it out I had a much greater emotional response to the music than I had with the one I had chosen. At one point I got very angry then super happy in an instant, and all during that time there was no thought but the music. It was such a great experience.
